As a special touch – it’s the first CombiMAX in Ireland.
Their goal is to be able to transport various, but especially long freights with higher weight, such as railway vehicles, etc. Therefore they added to the 4-axle and 6-axle CombiMAX bogies with 17.5” pendle-axles a double extendable Add-on-Beam. It is one of the master pieces within the CombiMAX system. This feature turns the CombiMAX into the only modular system on the market that can also be used as an extendable semi low loader. Keville’s Add-on-Beam can extend the combination by a length of 14,320mm!
This and all other technical features were explained to the GKT-team by our trainer Kris during a several-day and in-depth training in Ireland.
Established in 1999, Gary Keville Transport has evolved into one of Ireland’s foremost heavy haulage and abnormal load companies. Conveniently located just off the M50 in North Dublin, the site will now the launchpad for the CombiMAX to reach its heavy haul missions.
